Converted barn/cottage containing two bedrooms (one double and one King-size/ ziplock single beds on request), a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a kitchen-dining and living space. Private patio with table and chairs overlooking Pen-y-ghent.

Lodge 1 - The Warren (sleeps 2) - Hare Themed
Lodge 2 - The Hive (sleeps 2) - Bee Themed
Two bespoke hand-built wooden Cabins / Lodges with King-size beds and an ensuite shower room. Open-plan kitchen and living space with stunning views overlooking Pen-y-ghent and the valley.

A fenced Paddock is available for horse B&B, with water and plenty of parking, two miles from the Pennine bridleway.

Taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks? Ashes Farm is situated directly on the Yorkshire Three Peaks route, giving you the convenience of starting your walk straight from us. There's no need to drive and find parking - leave your car with us and head out on foot.
* All Discounts are available via email only.
When you book direct, you will receive 5% for 4 nights, 10% for 5/6 nights and 15% for 7 nights or more.
** Special off peak discount on 3 nights 5%, 4 nights 10% , 5 to 7 nights 15% from 1st January to 30th March / 1st November to 19th December

Cancellation Policy:
More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund, less a 4% administration charge.
7–14 days before arrival: If any cancelled nights are rebooked, the amount received for those nights will be refunded to the original guest. If unable to rebook a 30% refund will be issued, less a 4% administration charge.
Within 7 days of arrival: No refund. If any cancelled nights are rebooked, the amount received for those nights will be refunded to the original guest.
For cancellations within 14 days where a full refund hasn't been issued, a 10% voucher towards a future stay will be provided.
