Converted barn/cottage containing two bedrooms (one double and one King-size/ ziplock single beds on request), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a kitchen-dining and living space. Private patio with table and chairs overlooking Pen-y-ghent.

Lodge 1 - The Warren (sleeps 2) - Hare Themed
Lodge 2 - The Hive (sleeps 2) - Bee Themed
Two bespoke hand-built wooden Cabins / Lodges with King-size beds, and an ensuite shower room. Open plan kitchen and living space with stunning views overlooking Pen-y-ghent and the valley.

Basic Continental breakfast: available on pre-order (*at least 72 hours notice), small loaf of bread, choice of cereals, jar of local Rosebud preserve jam, 1/4lb of butter, and 1 pint of milk. Prebook at checkout.

A fenced Paddock is available for Horse B and B, including water and plenty of parking. Two miles from the Pennie bridleway.

When you book direct, you will receive 5% for 4 nights, 10% for 5/6 nights and 15% for 7 nights or more.

Cancellation Policy:
We like to be as flexible as possible; however, we ask for at least 14 days' notice to cancel a booking, and a full refund will be given.
A 4% admin charge will be deducted from any online booking that is cancelled.
