Cancellation Policy:
We like to be as flexible as possible; however, we ask for at least 14 days' notice to cancel a booking, and a full refund will be given.
A 4% admin charge will be deducted from any cancelled booking that was made online.

If you are having a cooked breakfast, we do ask that you kindly choose from the breakfast menu the evening before. This enables us to offer more choice and reduce the waste of quality produce. It also means we are able to freshly prepare your breakfast for your chosen time.
We’re pleased to offer gluten-free sausages and gluten-free bread as part of our breakfast options. If you have any special dietary requirements, please get in touch before booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
